Because of the nature of our product, all items are FINAL SALE, no refunds, no exchanges.
Returns are only permitted in instances of manufacturer's defect. To request a Return Authorization, please email RubGuard and include pertinent details as to the defect and include any helpful photos as well as proof of purchase. If RubGuard determines there may be a defect, you will be given instructions as to how to return the item so it may be examined in person by a RubGuard representative. Items determined to be affected by a manufacturer's defect will be replaced, no refunds will be given. Do not send any items without a Return Authorization.
